Why it made the arsenal.
Permethrin is the enchantment spell of mosquito defense: you don't wear it, your clothes do. Spray it on shirts, pants, socks, and hats (outdoors, let dry fully), and treated fabric repels and kills mosquitoes and ticks on contact for about 6 weeks or 6 washes. It's what the military does to uniforms. Combined with picaridin on exposed skin, it's the closest thing to a full armor set the game offers — especially for gardeners, dog walkers, and anyone who does dusk laps of Herbert Von King.
